My girlfriend chose this place for us to spend my birthday! Once we arrived at the place we were very welcomed by the staff that told us that we were given an upgrade: a suite room. We couldn't be more happy! When we entered the room we couldn't believe our eyes: the room was awesome, with a kingsize bed, a huge bathtub and a marble bathroom. It even had direct access to the hotel pool and courtyard. It completely exceeded our expectations. The next day, at the breakfast, the hotel kindly prepared pancakes wishing "Happy Birthday". It was truly a great experience! Thank you!!

Endlessly interesting. So many unique and random design elements. Amazing array of raw, natural and polished mosaic marble features. Brilliant pool and out door relaxing area. Big beautiful rooms . Lovely chocolate and port welcome. Friendly staff knowledgeable about the history of the hotel and the town. Fabulous food at the restaurant.

The location and cleanliness were excellent. The decor is a matter of personal taste and I found this amusingly a little over the top. But all in all if you can overlook the gauche design of which they seem to be very proud a decent place to stay.

Amazing staff, amazing bed, a nice spa and a very good breakfast with top quality food and beverages. absolutely recommend. We got a room upgrade for free and without asking.

Generous in space with temperature at 40c the pool area was very popular No space for a quite coffee away from the heat and no bar for pre and post dinner

Luxurious hotel, very quiet and in a convenient location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu was extensive and the food was delicious.

Great breakfast, really amazing staff, always ready to help and make you feel like you are royalty. Think it is a great Hotel for an energy "refuel". Its in a good location to go and visit a lot of historic landmarks, and walking distance from really good restarurants.
